Stargaze's staff will speak with you on the phone to determine the location, size of the audience, the start time, and if you would like to add some delicious concessions to make your event even more fun and enjoyable!

We Handle The Rest 

The contract is now signed, and your event is locked in for your requested date. Our office staff will confirm the start time and location, and any weather-related concerns, so no need to worry!

Sit Back, Relax, and Enjoy the Show! 

On the event day, our trained technician will arrive approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour before the event starts to begin the setup process. Here is how the layout looks.

Planning A Public Movie Event?

Hosting an open-air public movie night is a great way to strengthen bonds in your community, raise awareness for an important cause, or just simply have a great time. In almost all cases, hosting any type of public movie night will require a non-theatrical movie license. Although Stargaze Movies can't grant you a license, we can guide you through the process. Trust us, it's not so bad! Once your license is secured, we'll set you up with the right movie and audio package for your event.
